The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arrested Charles Osaigbovo and Evans Obayaedo for impersonating Nigerian actor and movie producer, Fredrick Leonard. The suspects were arrested by operatives of the EFCC Lagos Zonal Command following a petition written by a British national against Leonard. She claims that a sum of £38,000 was sent to the accused as an investment in the alleged film production. She petitioned the EFCC after realising she had been deceived and that all efforts to collect her money had failed.
