The popular Alaba International Market, Ojo, Lagos is currently on fire, according to the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service. The agency’s director, Adeseye Margaret, made this known in a situation report on Friday, noting that efforts were underway to put out the inferno. However, firefighters from Ojo, Sari-Iganmu and Ajegunle were said to have been prevented by an angry mob from putting out the fire.
