Earlier in his career, he started in the insurance industry when he was 18 years old. His friend from high school introduced him to the industry. He
started when he was working for a large supermarket as a grocery bagger then one of the clients gave him a book to read, Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad which changed his view about leverage and passive income. When his friend introduced him to the insurance industry, what he saw was very parallel to what he read in that book.
Andrew is also a managing partner of Integrity Marketing Group. It is the most elite partnership an insurance agent can have.He taught the agents how not to make the same mistake that he did. The thing that kept him running was when he was hit with adversity and then he knew his only backup plan was going back to bagging groceries or going to college, accumulating debt, and not having a job to pay it off. So, whatever he was doing and however bad it was, it wasn’t going to be as bad as that.
