The Independent National Electoral Commission has expressed dissatisfaction over the conflicting litigation and judgments trailing the party primaries in the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State.
He said the plethora of litigation trailing party primaries in the state were confusing to the commission, urging the Nigeria Bar Association and the National Judicial Commission to intervene.
