The traditional ruler of Nawfia Community, Anambra State, Igwe Chijioke Nwankwo, has canvassed for love among Nigerians regardless of insecurity and sharp practices, which have portrayed the country in bad light.

Igwe Nwankwo, who spoke to newsmen in his palace at Nawfia, on Monday, urged Nigerians, particularly people of Anambra, to maintain calm, even in the face of current economic and security challenges in the country.

The royal father counseled Nigerians to always strictly adhere to the rule of law, without which the society will be like a jungle. While calling for enthronement of equity, justice, and fairness in affairs of Nigeria, he stressed that such observation would help ensure a stable polity. The royal father regretted that corruption has been a major problem pulling Nigeria down.
