Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital denies outbreak of Lassa Fever in Kano
A press statement by the Nigerian Medical Association, Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital had claimed that two doctors who cared for a pregnant woman, including the womanThe report alleged that the pregnant woman from Bauchi State, suspected to be a carrier, died after undergoing a caesarean section 20 days ago at the AKTH.
Hauwa said there are three stages of investigations on the issue of Lassa Fever and they are on them, adding that he would soon issue a statement on the matter.
