The Coalition of Public Interest Lawyers and Advocates has commended the Nigerian Police for exhibiting high sense of intelligence in various investigations of rape allegations in the country.
The allegation was instituted by Mrs Busola Dakolo, wife of Nigerian inspirational singer, Timi Dakolo.
