The Abia State Government says its attention has been drawn to a 'contrived and careless Court Exparte Order' purporting to shut down the government
The Abia State Government says its attention has been drawn to a “contrived and careless Court Exparte Order” purporting to shut down the government through the freezing of all its accounts in various financial institutions.
It also warned that no arm of government had a lawful right to ground the other for any reason whatsoever. Eze stated that a newly elected Governor should know that he was elected for four years and couldn’t interfere in the administration of an incumbent. The statement further revealed that information available to the Government indicated that there were more “thoughtless and illegal moves” being hatched to shut down the Government of Abia State using what it described as a “kangaroo, jankara Judgement” manufactured in far away Abuja.
