Alex Otti, APGA supporters join APC
receive the 2019 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in Abia State, Alex Otti into the progressive party on Friday.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Media Assistant to Otti, Ferdinand Ekeoma and issued to newsmen, Sunday in Umuahia. It would be recalled that Alex Otti had during a recent interview announced his exit from his former party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance , citing factionalization and gross abuse of the foundational ideals and ethos of the party at the highest level.
The foremost banker also revealed that he had registered in the All Progressives Congress, APC, at his ward, Ehi na Uguru Ward 5, Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia state. However, according to the statement, on Sunday, “The leadership of the APC at the highest level has promised to storm the state later for a special statewide reception for Dr. Otti and other entrants joining with him after the COVID-19 pandemic must have reduced.
