The Lagos Water Corporation says some residents will experience water supply disruption due to the wreckage of some pipelines by a truck.

Badmus said some valuable items of the corporation worth millions were destroyed, adding that residents of Ogudu and its neighbourhood will also suffer water supply disruption.“LWC suffers setback as articulated vehicle damaged water pipes and other valuable assets worth millions of naira,” NAN quotes Badmus as saying.

“This has resulted in heavy wastage of water in the community and beyond, as the entire area is heavily flooded.“Our experienced and dedicated staff have been alerted and sent to the area for timely arrest of the burst and to restore water supply.
