Akeredolu to rename varsity after late Gov. Agagu
Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State, says Ondo State University of Science and Technology , will be renamed after late Olusegun Agagu, former governor of the state.
He urged the two newly-elected House of Assembly members representing Okitipupa 1 and 2 constituencies to move the motion for renaming the university. “You know we have Adekunle Ajasin University in Akungba and it won’t be bad to have Olusegun Agagu University in Okitipupa. “The project would have been added to the museum of abandoned projects, hence the need for major upgrades,” he said.
