Daily Trust reports.An aircraft carrying 554 intending pilgrims from Dutse, Jigawa state to Saudi Arabia for the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage has survived an emergency landing in the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport on Wednesday evening.
According to the report, the Boeing 747 aircraft that departed Dutse airport in Jigawa State had to discontinue the journey to Saudi Arabia after the lightening reportedly damaged the noose of the airplane. He said the engineering team of the company were working to restore the situation as the fault only affected the noose of the aircraft.
