Agenda 2050: FG projects $33,000 per capita GDP

The launch occurred shortly before this week’s Federal Executive Council meeting held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

“The Steering Committee is to superintend the preparation of the Nigeria Agenda 2050 and the National Development Plan, 2021-2025, to succeed the Nigeria Vision 20: 2020 and Economic Recovery and Growth Plan, 2017-2020, respectively.”

“It is instructive to inform Council and indeed all Nigerians that I had on December 22, 2021, launched the first of the six number five-year medium-term plans, the National Development Plan, 2021-2025, that will be used to implement the Long-Term Plan. On her part, Ahmed stated that implementing the plan would be a participatory, consultative and inclusive process.
