The Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Pathfinder has uncovered an illegally tapped oil wellhead around Cawthorne Channel 2, in Degema Council of Rivers State.

The oil well is part of the Oil Mining Lease 18 oil field operated by both the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited and Sahara Energy.

Conducting newsmen around the illegal refinery, the Commander, NNS Pathfinder, Commodore Desmond Igbo, said the oil thieves were not only sabotaging the nation’s economy, but destroying the environment. President Bola Tinubu does not have identity problem and does not require re-introduction, the All Progressives Congress declared in Abuja on Wednesday.

Wife of the President, Oluremi Tinubu, has stated that investing in the girl child is for the good of the nation.
