Afenifere speaks on Atiku’s nationality, expected outcome of presidential election petition at tribunal
Speaking with DAILY POST, spokesperson of Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin described the claim by the ruling APC as total rubbish and an attempt to divert attention.
According to Odumakin, such claim was an attempt to divert the attention of Nigerians from Abubakar’s queries on the victory of Buhari at the just concluded 2019 presidential elections.“When Atiku was campaigning with APC all over the country in 2015 and he was donating money to them, they didn’t realize he was a Cameroonian but now that he challenged their electoral victory, they suddenly realized he’s a Cameroonian.
Odumakin also stated that only the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal can determine the eventual outcome of the 2019 presidential poll. “It’s left for the judiciary. We that know what this arm of government has gone through in the last few years has been appalling.
