Adult Toy Shop Assault: Senator Elisha Abbo Granted Conditional Bail.

Senator Elisha Abbo, the lawmaker representing Adamawa north, has been granted conditional bail by the Federal Capital Territory police command.The police, however, did not disclose the specific terms of the bail.

The lawmaker had turned himself in on Thursday evening following an invitation by the police headquarters at the FCT, over the assault of a nursing mother at a sex toy shop in Abuja.VIDEO: Senator Abbo Begs For Forgiveness A video which went viral all over social media had shown the lawmaker hitting a lady following some misunderstanding at the adult toy store.

The Inspector General of Police M.A Adamu, had earlier ordered a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the assault. According to the IGP, the Commissioner of Police in charge of the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, CP Bala Ciroma is to provide a personal and round-the-clock supervision of every facet of the investigation including the forensic analysis of the video currently in circulation as well as the actions and inactions of the policeman seen in the video footage.
