The government has also announced 11 fresh cases, bringing to 38 the total number of infections that the state has had so far. The state Commissioner of Health, Professor Abdullahi Isa, who gave an update on the coronavirus epidemic during a press briefing in Yola on Wednesday, also indicated that seven COVID-19 patients have just been discharged.
The state had earlier discharged 13 patients in two batches, meaning that in all, 20 patients have so far been discharged in the state.
