Ahead of the national convention, members of the Accord Party have unanimously urged former Presidential Candidate of the party
Prof. Christopher Imumolen to contest position of the national chairman.
The members added, “we are inviting him to contest national chairman of the party ahead of the forthcoming convention. We appreciate his philanthropic contribution to the party. We are also compelling the National Working Committee to summon an emergency National Executive Council meeting in order to address urgent issues.”
In an interview with journalists, Inumolen, who is also the Vice Chancellor Global Wealth University Togo said, “when people see the good works you are doing, they will invite you to come and become the national chairman, which I have obliged. I have no choice; the voice of the people is the voice of God.”
