Access Bank , one of the leading financial institutions in Nigeria, recently held interactive sessions with its customers in Benin, Enugu and Owerri, the Imo State capital.
Addressing newsmen, Access Bank Deputy Managing Director, Chizoma Okoli, said the event was part of the efforts to appreciate customers, strengthen the existing relationship and generate feedbacks that would help to serve numerous customers satisfactorily. The senior official, who was full of gratitude to the customers for their steadfastness and confidence, disclosed that Access Bank serves over 60 million customers from 600 branches nationwide.
Charles Oguibe, the Regional Director, Branch Banking, Southeast, expressed joy over the programme and the responses. Mr. Oluremi Tinuolu-Gabriel, Access Bank Head, Channels, covering electronic channels and digital payments, emphasized on Access More and urged customers to embrace the application as it offers over 70 financial and payment solutions within and outside Nigeria.
