Abuja: Police begins curfew enforcement in FCT
DSP Anjuguri Manzah, Police Public Relations Officer, in a statement on Tuesday, reminded residents that the curfew time is 8:00pm to 6:00am.“The command has commenced enforcement of the overnight curfew. Members of the public are therefore advised to comply with the presidential directive.
“However, essential service providers, especially medical personnel who may be on duty at such hours will be considered”, it noted. The Police spokesman added that those arrested will be detained and arraigned at the mobile courts the next morning.
