Mr El-Rufai said COVID-19 infections are rising and the fastest way to get it is onboard a congested train.
The governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has said security is not an issue on the Abuja-Kaduna rail service but that of people obeying the federal government’s COVID-19 guidelines.
“So, I’m not worried about security.
