Ahead of the formal declaration of the official result of the governorship election in Abia State by the Independent National Electoral Commission (
INEC), the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance , Professor Greg Ibe has congratulated Alex Otti on his well-deserved victory at the yet-to-be concluded poll in the state.
Ibe, the founder and the chancellor of Gregory University, Uturu in Abia state, also applauded Otti for his consistency so far in the battle to liberate Abia State from the shackles of underdevelopment. DAILY POST correspondent monitoring yet-to-be concluded gubernatorial election in Abia State earlier reported that INEC had in a statement ordered for the suspension of results collation from Obingwa LGA of the state.
