Abia: EFCC gets ultimatum over sealed estates
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has been asked to unseal some estates locked in Abia State on Wednesday.
On Thursday, the commission told DAILY POST that its operatives stormed the estates but didn’t figure further details.In a statement, Trademore International Holding Limited gave the EFCC a 48-hour ultimatum to reverse its action. “We expected a thorough due diligence from the EFCC before they marked our housing estates. This shouldn’t be happening because it sends a bad signal to those planning to invest in Nigeria.
