Abia Decides 2019: APC, APGA, AP petition INEC boss, Mahmood Yakubu over alleged irregularities
e, have petitioned the Independent National Electoral Commission on the conduct of Saturday’s governorship and House of Assembly elections held in the state.
The petition was signed by Hon. Acho Obioma , Sir Uzor Nwaoha and ND Ubah , and forwarded to DAILY POST on Sunday evening. The petition reads in full, “With respect sir, we the under signed political parties want to bring to your attention the facts that there was no elections in Abia state. And that the purported elections is being collated by the INEC and PDP were done in total disregard and violations of the 2019 electoral guidelines and electoral act. We hereby state as follows.
