The Court of Appeal, Abuja on Thursday dismissed the appeal by a former Presidential candidate, Chief Ambrose Albert Owuru, for being incompetent and lacking in merit.
The respondents which President Muhammadu Buhari, Attorney General of the Federation , Independent National Electoral Commission and Tinubu respectively are to be paid N10 million each as cost of litigation. The court accordingly affirmed the judgment of a Federal High Court, Abuja ,delivered on January 30, 2023, by Justice Inyang Ekwo, which earlier dismissed the case for being an abuse of court process.
