The Emir of Muri, Alhaji Abbas Njidda Tafida, met with Fulani leaders in his palace in Jalingo and urged them to weed out criminals amongst them.
The meeting, which was attended by all Hardos, Jauros and Fulani associations, was to further find a lasting solution to the criminal activities of some herdsmen.gathered that the Emir had said during the meeting that his marching orders were not directed to all Fulani herdsmen but to those among them who engage in kidnapping and other criminal activities.
