In the statement, Clarke reported that 16 attacks have targeted healthcare centers across the country, forcing the closure of 96 primary care centers and facilities in southern Lebanon .
He also pointed out that five hospitals had ceased operations due to extensive infrastructure damage, while four others had been partially evacuated, leading to patient transfers. “Since 17 September, 16 attacks on health care had been recorded, leaving behind 65 deaths and 40 injuries among health staff,' the office said in a statement on Tuesday,” the statement said.
