Five persons under investigation (PUIs) in Negros Oriental have tested negative for the 2019 novel Coronavirus acute respiratory disease (2019-nCoV ARD), the provincial government said Sunday.
This, after the initial swab test result of another patient arrived Sunday bearing negative result, the Provincial Public Information Office said in an advisory posted on its social media account.
“The four PUIs who earlier test negative will be discharged once their confirmatory tests will also turn negative,” the PIO said. On the other hand, the PIO disclosed that most of the persons under monitoring have finished their 14-day quarantine period and were “all in good health.”
