The Public Relations Officer of the State’s Traffic Compliance and Enforcement agency , Babatunde Akinbiyi, who confirmed the incident, said one of the four passengers on the metro taxi was still in a state of coma as at the time of filing this report, while the fifth person sustained a high degree of injuries.

Akinbiyi further explained that the remaining victims have been rescued to the Federal Medical Center in Abeokuta, while the corpses fo the deceased have also been evacuated to the morgue of the same hospital.
