As the general elections draw nearer, the Presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has reinforced the move to woo the teeming population of voters within the age range of 35 years and below to his side.
Pursuant to the goal, the APC presidential campaign council has launched an application entitled: The “Thinking Caps” to depict Tinubu and his running mate, Sen. Kashim Shettima as possessing the requisite capacity to think out of the box to procure lasting solutions to diverse socio-economic challenges confronting the nation.
He further stated that the app which includes News Feed where end users can read news and articles about the campaign, a gallery icon where audio, infographics, and video content can be viewed and shared on various social media with the capacity to directly engage the 93.4m registered voters. “They are not familiar with what it means to be pro-democracy activists, and the sacrifices they made that culminated in the democracy we enjoy today.
“When we say Tinubu’s Lagos for instance, they wonder what we mean, when they were either unborn or too young to know the hitherto decrepit nature of Oshodi, Mushin, Obalende, Ojuelegba, CMS, amongst others.
