Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has been advised to clarify his true position on the presidential ambition of the former Vice President of Nigeria,
Atiku has been having a running battle with some governors, among whom is Makinde.
One of the conditions given by the governors, who christened their group as G5, is that the National Chairman of the party, Senator Iyorcha Ayu, should resign. The group, in a statement made available to DAILY POST on Thursday said that it was sorry for the governor and some of his aides for making unnecessary statements.The group then advised Makinde to do away with some of his aides who have nothing to offer in his government.
“We believe that his unwarranted and unreasonable vituperation only goes to show that Governor Makinde is indeed surrounded by a number of undesirable elements who he has no business accommodating.
