Police operatives in Ogun State have nabbed an 18-year-old boy, Jamiu Malomo, for allegedly killing a 28-year-old sex worker, Azeezat Akande.
He said they woke up on Sunday, July 18, to discover a lifeless body of a young lady, who was stabbed to death on a rock in the area, with a knife soaked with blood beside her. The Ogun Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, told DAILY POST on Wednesday that the DPO and his crack detectives thereafter embarked on intelligence and forensic investigations to unravel the mystery behind the gruesome murder of the deceased.
“On interrogation, the suspect who was just released from prison custody last month confessed to killing the deceased,” Oyeyemi stated.
