The world of The Boys has expanded massively in recent years, with the various new seasons and spinoffs fleshing out the lore of The Boys to an immense degree.
Although Frederick Vought undoubtedly used a lot of Compound V on the concentration camp victims, it is never explained what happened to these prisoners. This seems like it could be a major storyline in the prequel series, as it is one of the biggest Stormfront arcs that would have happened at this point in the timeline.
