Ten more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Nigeria, bringing the country’s burden of coronavirus infections to a total 22.
Nigeria’s index case for Covid-19—the Italian who had travelled to Ogun after flying into Lagos—and a second patient have recovered and have been discharged from hospital.The three in Abuja have been hospitalised at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada while the seven new cases in Lagos are being treated at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.
