President Bola Tinubu on Monday appointed Major General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja as the Chief of Army Staff.
Until he was appointed COAS, Lagbaja was the General Officer Commanding, Headquarters 1 Division from August 2022. e. Admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy on 12 September 1987 as a member of the 39th Regular Course.a. Company Amphibious Operations Course – Amphibious Training School . – C.c.
